Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Programmation TN SARL ("we", "us") governing your use of programmationtn.education (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must consent to these terms on your behalf and supervise your use.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One human, one account. You may add up to 5 extra learning profiles per account via the family-profiles add-on.
• Don't share your password or session cookies with anyone.
• Notify us immediately at contact@programmationtn.education if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or stream Programmation TN content outside the Service.
• Bypass paywalls, profile quotas, or any access controls.
• Use scrapers, bots, or any automated means to harvest content.
• Reverse-engineer signed video URLs or signed download URLs.
• Upload to assignment / code-exercise surfaces any unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Disrupt the Service (DoS, brute-force auth, mass account creation, etc.).

Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

4. License to use the content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the courses included in your active subscription tier, on devices under your control. The licence ends when your subscription ends.

All course content (videos, scripts, slides, code, downloads, quizzes, assignments) remains the intellectual property of Programmation TN SARL. Your own submissions (assignment uploads, code, quiz answers) remain yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store + process them so we can grade and display them to you.

5. Subscriptions, renewals, cancellation

• We sell three plans (Free, Pro, Gold) and an optional family-profiles add-on. Prices shown at checkout include applicable Tunisian VAT.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period only if you have a valid Konnect mandate. By default, our MVP requires you to repay manually each renewal.
• We email you a renewal reminder 7 days before the period ends. If you don't pay by the period end, your subscription enters a 3-day grace period, then expires.
• You can cancel at any time from /account/billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

6. Pricing changes

We may change subscription prices for new periods. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription. If you don't agree with the new price, cancel before the next renewal.

7. Refunds

Governed by our Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of first purchase if you have completed less than 25% of any course. Outside that window, refunds are discretionary. See the refund policy for the full terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable. We may also discontinue specific courses at any time; you'll get pro-rata credit toward future periods if a Pro/Gold-only course is removed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the courses will fit any specific exam programme or guarantee any specific learning outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Tunisian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Tunis. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply where required.

12. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced on this page and emailed to active account holders 30 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
