Is Programmation TN really free to start?
Yes. Every course has free preview lessons, and the Free plan unlocks the foundational courses with no time limit and no credit card.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro unlocks every Pro-level course (math, sciences, dev skills, exam prep), plus quizzes and graded assignments. Cancel anytime.
What about Gold?
Gold adds the entire premium catalog including specialized bac prep series and live cohort recordings.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Tunisian cards via Konnect (e8d, BIAT, Attijari, etc.) — the same secure gateway used by major Tunisian e-commerce sites. Other gateways are on the roadmap.
Can my whole family share one account?
Each account starts with one default profile. You can add the 5-profile add-on so siblings or family members keep separate progress, quizzes, and assignments.
Will the courses work on slow internet?
Yes. We optimize every video for adaptive streaming and our pages load on 3G/slow 4G. You can also download PDF resources for offline study.
Do you provide certificates?
Not in the current version. We focus on actual mastery — bac scores and project portfolios — over symbolic certificates.
Can I get a refund?
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they haven’t completed more than 25% of any course. See our refund policy for details.
Do you have an Android or iOS app?
Not yet. The website works great on mobile browsers — installable as a PWA. A native app is on the roadmap.
How do you handle my data?
We collect only what we need to deliver your courses (email, name, progress, billing). EU hosting. Never sold or shared. Full export and deletion available on request.
